50% payment should be made in advance along with the work order and the balance amount to be paid within 7 days from the date of supply. Delay in payment shall attract interest @24% per anum. |

The customer shall provide good serviceable approach road inside the project site and take adequate safety precautions at the site. We are not responsible for any mishap during the placement due to defective design and inadequate safety measure. |

The above rate is valid up to 4 months or up to the sixth slab whichever is earlier from the date of this offer. |

Any increase/fresh taxes proposed by state or central Govt. subsequent to the date of offer and during the contract period will be borne by the customer. |

Our prices are subject to changes since they are based on prevailing rates of raw materials, labor, diesel price etc, and shall be valid up to 7 days from the date of this offer. |

The customer shall ensure an authorized person to acknowledge receipt of our concrete in our delivery challan. |

Issue of work order will be treated as acceptance of our terms and conditions. |

Minimum quantity for unloading with pump shall be 60cu.m and minimum quantity for supply without pump shall be 6cu.m. |
